Cookies & Privacy

You’re in safe hands

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer by our website. They are there to help the browser remember what’s going on between pages and visits. Ours are not malicious in any way.

8ballbikes.co.uk sets cookies for various reasons. For example, so your computer knows what’s been added to your shopping cart and so we know what you want to buy. These are essential to making the shop work.

We also use Google Analytics which sets cookies of its own. This allows us to monitor traffic to the site so we can see how many people are browsing the site, what they are looking at and where they are coming from. The cookies contain no identifiable or personal information whatsoever but they help us see how our presence is tracking online.

By using 8ballbikes you are agreeing to let us set cookies on your computer, otherwise the site just wouldn’t work. You’re gonna have to just deal with that.

If you sign up to receive our email newsletter or any other form of correspondence we are really, really grateful. We don’t want to piss you off by sending you unsolicited junk or selling your details to a third party, so we won’t.

We promise to only contact you direct with stuff you might be interested in. And we won’t share your details with anyone.

You can get in touch about this or unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter you have received, using the contact form or emailing

We don’t store any of your credit card or other payment info on site, we plug in to secure payment gateways that handle that and have all the necessary certification. We stick to spanners and hex keys, which is the way it should be. If you checkout with us you get the option to create an account so we remember who you are next time. It’s not mandatory though so if you don’t want us to remember you then check out as a guest. No problem.
